Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential.
There are exceptions to this when there are situations such as a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else. I will explain fully at the start of our work together.
This is different for everyone. Some people find that a short focused piece of work is enough. Others prefer ongoing sessions over a longer period. We will talk about what feels right for you in the initial session and review as we go along
Yes. Online sessions are available via video call and work well for many people. They are particularly useful if you are not local to Salisbury, have limited mobility, or simply prefer the convenience of being at home.
Integrative counselling draws on more than one therapeutic model rather than following a single fixed approach. This allows the work to be tailored to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. My integrative practice is grounded in person-centred principles of warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.
I offer in-person counselling from my clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Online counselling is available to anyone in the UK.
I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy in and around Salisbury.
Acupuncture and counselling are separate services with separate client groups. Both work with the whole person but in different ways. If you are interested in both, please get in touch and we can talk about what might be most helpful for you.
